Warehouse Supervisor (Night)
Reports to: Operations Manager
Summary
Oversees the preparation of the warehouse for order picking operations, to include stocking, packing container preparation and general housekeeping.
Skills/Education/Requirements
Production shift experience with working knowledge of all warehouse activities. Must have minimum of two to four years supervisory experience. High school graduate with two years higher education or equivalent required
Job Responsibilities
- Schedules work assignments for warehouse preparation shift
- Ensures all merchandise and shipping containers are restocked for order selection staff.
- Ensures that all material handling equipment is serviced and in operating condition.
- Ensures the routine maintenance and operation of conveyor systems is carried out.
- Verifies and reconciles perpetual inventory records against on-hand accounts.
- Work with other managers and supervisors to improve production output and quality.
- Performs other duties as required.
